Primerica, a member of Citigroup, is a multi-national company that provides financial solutions for debt consolidation, investments and life insurance. The company was founded in 1977 on the notion that middle income families not only need life insurance, but also need to invest for the long-term. “At the time, a typical investment for a middle income American household was in whole life insurance policies. Primerica was the first to aggressively recommend buying term insurance instead, and investing the difference”, says Ed Ayala, National Sales Director for Primerica.

We realized having an ‘impersonal’ image at huge expense was not what we needed.” Ayala wanted to create a warmer, more friendly environment, and at the same time, save on expenses.
