The most common questions we receive at Office Suites PLUS are regarding how to do business with us. We have tried to answer everything on our website clearly and concisely, but recognize that there are always more questions to be answered, so we have attempted to do that here. What services are standard at Office Suites PLUS?
Office Suites PLUS provides offices of varying sizes that can be used by one person or shared by several. For each person in the office, our telephone system allows us to personally answer the telephone with a company specific greeting and information. Each office has been professionally furnished and is equipped with high-speed Internet access. Each telephone has speakerphone, caller-ID, programmable features, and voice mail that can be accessed from any phone at any time. In addition, you are provided access to the meeting rooms in any of our locations. Other shared spaces available to clients include the lobby and break room.
Can I use your services on an as-needed basis?
Certainly! We are prepared to provide a range of on-demand services. Use an office for a day or host a meeting, videoconference or training session in any of our meeting rooms or guest offices. These requests are subject to advance notice and availability. Each room has a dry mark board, extra paper and pens for your use, speakerphones and access to audio/visual equipment. We can even provide beverage setup and/or catering services. Also available on-demand is the use of clerical services. Call for more information.
What is the minimum lease term?
There is no lease to sign. Rather, our clients sign a simple, one-page License Agreement that does not require a legal degree to understand. You select the office you want and the term you desire, and sign the agreement. It’s that simple. The vast majority of our clients select a one-year term. However, some may only need a shorter period of several months.
What is a Professional Office Package?
The Professional Office Package is also known as a serviced or executive office. At Office Suites PLUS, we offer a complete range of offerings, but have a bundled package that will get your business running quickly. Our standard package includes a fully furnished office, personalized telephone answering, telephone and 24/7 access to voice mail, high-speed Internet and much more!
What is a Professional Image Package?
A virtual office, or Professional Image Package, provides you with personalized telephone answering, mail receipt and the image of our prestigious business addresses. You may also choose for us to provide clerical support, copy and fax services, use of an office, videoconferencing technology, meeting room access, and much more. Our goal is to provide you with the image you demand for your business, and the support to help you succeed. Where are your suites located?
Office Suites PLUS locations are primarily located throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Please visit our locations page for more information. We are constantly growing and considering additional locations in cities where we currently operate and in cities where we do not currently have a suite.

Many factors determine the Professional Office Package rates at Office Suites PLUS, some of which include office size, office type, office location and inclusion of additional services.
